Complex components from a single source

Thanks to our high level of vertical integration, we are able to manufacture most parts entirely in-house

We offer a comprehensive range of manufacturing processes, spanning high-precision CNC milling and turning, specialized grinding, and advanced EDM techniques (wire and sinker EDM). Our portfolio is further complemented by processes such as broaching, wet vibratory finishing, glass bead blasting, and laser marking. Through strategic partnerships, we extend our capabilities to include a variety of welding, hardening, surface treatment, and finishing processes. This broad technological base allows us to machine a wide range of materials and geometries, from one-off parts to complex series production, always using state-of-the-art machinery and skilled personnel. We work with a wide range of materials, many of which we also keep permanently in stock.

CNC milling

Our modern CNC machining centers allow us to cover a broad spectrum of customer requirements. For our highly skilled specialists, one-off custom parts are just as much a part of everyday work as 3D free-form surface machining and 5-axis simultaneous machining.

CNC Turning

We ensure cost-effective production of individual parts through the use of cycle-controlled lathes. On these machines, we machine components in all materials and diameters from 1 to 600 millimeters.

For larger production volumes, we operate CNC lathes with driven tools and a Y-axis. Machines equipped with a Y-axis offer a major advantage: driven tools enable much simpler and more extensive milling operations. This even allows pure milled parts to be produced from bar stock faster than with conventional CNC milling. Our manufacturing program covers everything from single parts and small batches to large production runs.

Wire EDM

Wire EDM and start hole drilling ideally complement our part machining capabilities. As a result, we process a wide range of products in various materials by wire EDM — including parts with challenging contours and complex geometric shapes. This can eliminate costly grinding processes after hardening, for example on the prism faces of grippers.

With a maximum EDM cutting height of 600 mm, we can cut as tall as only a handful of companies in Germany.

Wire EDM of rotationally symmetric parts

Our Fanuc Alpha-0iD wire EDM machine is equipped with a Hirschmann rotary and positioning spindle, enabling the production of rotationally symmetric parts. Used in micro-technology, medical technology, and filtration applications among others, these components are erosion-ground or erosion-turned to achieve a high surface finish.

Sinker EDM

Sinker EDM is primarily used in tool and mold making. For us, this process is an important complement to our machining capabilities. Wherever milling or wire EDM reach their technological limits, we turn to this process. The custom-made electrode is machined as the negative form of the workpiece to be produced. Even the hardest materials can be machined this way with high accuracy and excellent surface finish.

Additional Processing Methods

Our range of services includes not only broaching up to a 12 mm groove width but also wet vibratory grinding using modern vibratory finishing systems. In this process, workpieces are vibrated together with special ceramic or resin grinding media. This method is ideal, for example, for achieving smooth, rounded edges. Stainless steel and other materials are carefully kept separate throughout processing.

Glass bead blasting and laser marking of components round out our service portfolio perfectly.

Partnerships with select, reliable partners allow us to offer state-of-the-art technologies and all common surface and heat treatment processes directly in-house.

These include:

  • Welding (including laser and electron beam welding)
  • All hardening processes
  • Black oxide coating
  • Powder coating
  • Anodizing
  • Electroless nickel plating
  • Zinc plating
  • Plasma polishing, etc.
