Stainless Precision Hand-Operated Chucks

All clamping chucks in this series are manufactured entirely from stainless steel. Their consistently low-profile design makes them ideal for applications with limited installation space. Our chucks are used wherever clamping force requirements are relatively low, while maximum precision is essential. A precise runout accuracy of ≤0.02 mm combined with a repeatability of ≤0.005 mm ensures outstanding machining results. The chuck can be opened in just a few simple steps, allowing for easy cleaning. The hardened standard jaws supplied with the chuck are also reversible, eliminating the need for a second set of jaws. The chuck is adjusted simply by rotating the clamping ring, enabling fast and reliable manual clamping completely without the use of tools.
