DBF-Series

All clamping chucks in this series are manufactured entirely from high-quality stainless steel. Their consistently low-profile design also results in exceptionally low weight, making everyday handling significantly easier.

Built to meet the highest demands of precision machining: A wide clamping range is combined with outstanding technical performance. A precise runout accuracy of less than 0.02 mm and repeatable clamping accuracy of less than 0.005 mm ensure consistently outstanding results.

The system also excels in terms of maintenance and versatility: The chuck can be opened in just a few simple steps, allowing residue and contaminants to be removed quickly and easily during cleaning. The hardened standard jaws supplied with the chuck are fully reversible, providing added flexibility across a wide range of applications.

Operation is designed for maximum efficiency: The chuck is adjusted simply by rotating the integrated clamping ring, enabling fast and secure manual clamping without the need for additional tools.

Koch stainless steel clamping chucks are suitable for a wide range of applications. All stainless steel manual chucks are suitable for vacuum and underwater applications and can be supplied with special lubricants on request to meet these operating requirements.
