Whether it’s structural steel or a special alloy, we machine components from virtually every material that can be machined.
Our strength lies in the precision machining of materials that place high demands on processing and cannot be handled by every machine shop.
We reliably and economically machine difficult-to-cut and hardened materials as well. The focus of our production is on the processing of stainless steels.

316 LN / 1.4429 ESR
A particular strength of our material inventory is the grade 316LN / 1.4429 ESR (electroslag remelted), which we keep permanently in stock. This high-purity austenitic stainless steel is characterized by an exceptionally low magnetic permeability (µ≤1.005) and is used where components must be virtually non-magnetic.
Typical applications include particle accelerators, magnetic field measurement equipment, and highly sensitive scientific and technical systems where even the slightest magnetic interference must be avoided.
Since 1.4429 ESR is only available to a limited extent on the market, we offer our customers a decisive advantage here through short-term availability and reliable machining of this hard-to-cut material.
