Clamping Jaws
Standard jaws, made of hardened stainless steel*
* Please note that we do need the chuck in which the jaws will be used in-house, if the jaws are subsequently ordered or repaired. The jaws must be ground over in the chuck in which they will be used. Otherwise, a high accuracy cannot be achieved.
Base jaws made of hardened stainless steel
* Due to the small jaw size of the DBF34, it is hardly possible to provide a general base jaw that can be used for as many applications as possible. Please contact us to find a suitable solution for your application.
** The jaw guides for the DBF55 and DBF63 or the DBF160 and DBF200 are identical. Therefore, one type of base jaw is used for both chucks. Please note that the base jaws of the DBF55 are slightly longer than the standard jaws of this chuck type.
The base jaws are designed in a way that only two fitting holes with through-going screws are required for adaptation. We recommend that you use the "Full top jaws, made of brass" drawings below as a guide when designing your own top jaws.
